By accessing or using The Hudgen Brand website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please allow our team 1–3 business days to process and ship your item after your purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS and generally arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and state. Made-to-order items take approximately 2–3 weeks to be produced before being shipped. Once your order has been transferred to USPS, The Hudgen Brand is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages—USPS assumes full responsibility after we ship your package.

All product designs, logos, images, and branding associated with The Hudgen Brand are the exclusive property of the company and are legally protected. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in. If needed, communications or returns may be directed to this location: 2081 Pennsylvania Drive, Deland, Florida 32724. You must contact us and return the item within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to process any returns or exchanges. 

By using this website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or abusive behavior, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, tampering with the site, or violating any local, state, or international laws. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of this website or your purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s).
